We tell our kids, “Money doesn’t grow on trees.” So where does it come from?

Teach your children about money management, loans and credit with our Youth Services. With help from UCCU, you can plant the seed of smart savings:

First Time Savings Accounts

Designed for members ages 17 and younger, this account teaches strong savings principles for a lifetime of healthy finances. Members will earn quarterly dividends, so they can learn about interest and how it pays to save.

First Time Checking Accounts

With the guidance and support of an adult co-signer, this account offers greater financial freedom to our young members. First Time Checking Accounts feature free online banking, e-statements, mobile money service and debit cards.

First Time Auto Loans

This program makes financing that first car or truck easy and convenient. Members ages 16-22 can borrow up to 100% of their vehicle’s value and enjoy flexible terms up to 60 months. No credit history is required, and a loan officer will customize each loan to fit our young members’ needs.

First Time Credit Cards

A UCCU Visa® Credit Card gives members ages 16-24 reasonable credit limits, low interest rates, great purchasing power and convenient account access. Parents or guardians co-sign these cards, so young cardholders can learn about smart credit use from a trusted advisor.
