How To Join

All it takes is a $5 deposit into your UCCU Savings (Share) Account, and you can be a member of United Consumers Credit Union! Anyone living or working in Jackson County, Buchanan County or the city of Cameron is eligible to join. Those who live, work or worship in Johnson County, Kansas are also welcome. In addition, we serve many different employee groups in Kansas City.

Of course you’ve heard the phrase, “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.” Well, at Warehouse¹, what started as trash left behind by Macy’s back in 1984 has turned into a successful business for Owner Mary Lou Jacoby. From humble beginnings, Jacoby’s equipment and storage-solutions enterprise has grown to a warehouse of more than 500,000 square feet.

Based in Kansas City, Warehouse¹ serves the material-handling requirements of clients around the world. Its experienced professional staff and specialists help other businesses maximize the vertical space and square footage of existing and new facilities. From pallet racks and shelving units to conveyor systems and forklifts, Warehouse¹ has the tools and inventory you need to handle metal and materials.

The people who comprise Warehouse¹ are themselves encouraged by Jacoby to influence and impact not only their company, but their clients and community as well.
