Branch Access

Effective Monday, April 6 through Saturday, May 30:

  • Lobby access at all four locations is by appointment only. Please call (816) 325-6900 between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to request a time.
  • The Raytown office will be closed on Saturdays.
    • Our Independence and St. Joseph drive-thrus will be open on Saturdays.
  • The Olathe office hours will be Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will be closed on Saturdays.
    • Our Independence and St. Joseph drive-thrus will be open on Saturdays.

Our hours will remain the same, with the above exceptions. We appreciate your patience as we maintain operations with a limited staff. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope to return to normal operations as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation and membership.

Member Relief

These are difficult times, and we want to help those who have extra expenses and/or reduced income. Please contact us if you’ve been impacted to make arrangements for your UCCU loans. Complete a COVID-19 Assistance form, and email it to [email protected] or fax it to (816) 521-4206.

Additionally, we’ve:

  • Increased the credit limits on our members’ personal lines of credit and credit cards. If you’ve been current for 10 of the last 12 months, accounts with credit limits:
    • Less than $1,000 will increase an additional $500.
    • More than $1,000 will increase an additional $1,000.
  • Reduced the number of required debit card transactions on Kasasa checking accounts from 12 to zero.
